Arrivederci!

It's October!  Can you believe that? It's hard. In some ways it seems like this year has been slow and steady, but then when I really think about it, it's gone by so fast I can't even comprehend it.  It's almost been a year since E and I said our "I do"s   It's been full of ups and downs smiles and tears, and now we're heading into our second year of marriage. 

We're celebrating our "paper" anniversary with...tickets!  We'll be heading off on a foodie's dream vacation to Italy and Spain. But fear not - we'll be back soon with plenty of stories, pictures, and hopefully a recipe or two to share! In the mean time, we couldn't catch up with the soups, so we'll really light a fire under it (literally) when we get back!
